The VMC850 combines an efficient Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), a precision-driven feed system, and high-precision machining capabilities into one affordable package. The ATC has a capacity of 24 tools, ensuring Z-axis geometric accuracy, perfect stability, rigidity, and minimum deformation when the column is loaded with tool magazine weight. The rapid traverse rate of 48/48/48 m/min, facilitated by a precision-driven feed system, ensures high-speed and accurate movements. All axes are driven by high precision double anchored ball screws, eliminating thermal growth and increasing accuracy. With a working table size of 1000 x 500mm and a maximum load capacity of 500kg, the VMC850 can handle a wide range of workpieces, making it a versatile addition to any processing plant, all at a highly competitive price.

Tailored Spindle Design

The VMC850’s spindle design is a marvel in itself. The increased contact ratio between the spindle case and column ensures exceptional spindle rigidity. The spindle nose taper is a BT40, and it operates at a speed of 12000 RPM, directly coupled to the spindle, providing the flexibility to handle a wide range of machining tasks.
